The next host of the mobile puzzle room "Europe - from legend to day" was the Vocational School of Electronics and Chemical Technology (PGEHT) "Prof. Asen Zlatarov ". The invitation to participate was accepted a few days before the competitions on April 29, in a conversation with Deputy Director Anelia Atanasova. The teacher of history and civilizations Tsvetelina Karlukova is engaged to prepare the students. The team of the vocational high school has more than once participated in European projects of non-governmental organizations and is among the Pleven schools actively working on their own projects under the Erasmus + program.
And this time the participation of the high school was successful.
The two mixed teams - from different classes, from 8th to 10th, chose "Zlatarovtsi" and "Drummers". The all-men's team "Zlatarovtsi" solved the 12 mysteries in 18.5 minutes. Although they seemed worried, the boys sang the Anthem of Europe and earned awards. An impressive chorus of bass voices ensued.
Highly motivated, the "Drummers" entered the room. Probably because of the ambitious female core in the team, as well as because of the quality reading of the informative texts by Daniel Tsvetkov, this team "came out" of the room in a shorter time, of 15.5 minutes.
Everyone - both the athletes and their teachers Tsvetelina Karlukova and Aksenia Krasteva shared that it was interesting and fun. And that they are ready to participate in the final event of the project "New Declaration of Schumann - a conversation of generations for a new Europe", which will take place on May 9 at the Art Gallery "Ilia Beshkov" - Pleven.
